RENTAL  DEPARTMENT

 

The Property Center Rental Department manages both long-term and fully furnished short-term rentals. 
Long-term rentals are from 6 months to a year lease with tenant paying for all utilities. 

 

Short-term rentals are fully furnished  homes.  Linens are included with the cost of -renting.  They are rented for as short as one 
night to several months. 

 

Rates for less than one month are calculated on a per night basis.  Rates:  Lake front $110 per night,   plus additional $10 per night for each  adult, Interior Homes:  $100 per night,  plus $10 per night for each additional adult.  Children under 12 stay free.  Additional charges include  a cleaning fee, state and local room tax and administrative charges.
